Sarah Ruth Sharp, a Nashville based artist, has been immersed in art since childhood. Growing up in her grandmother's studio working with ceramics, Sarah's upbringing set her on an artistic path. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture and a minor in art, she excelled in interior design industry. Sarah Ruth Art was created out of her passion for art, curating, and interiors.

Drawing inspiration from fashion, color, and the human form, Sarah's art ranges from fluid organic shapes to bold, vibrant colors. Inspired by these influences, she crafts her art around the built environment. Her pieces explore themes of sensory perception and form that honor true abstract expressionism. Mixed media, oil stick, and text layered over fluid, saturated colors tell a story.
